Refund Policy

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items should be unused and in their original packaging. To start a return, email us with your order number and we'll send instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund is issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Damaged or missing pieces

Email us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll ship replacement pieces free of charge, no return needed.
