Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery in the US takes 5–9 business days. You'll get a tracking number by email the moment your order leaves the warehouse.

Free shipping on orders of 2 sets or more.

Returns & exchanges

If HallowGlow isn't right for you, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll arrange a return or exchange. Items should be unused and in their original box. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving the return.

Damaged or missing pieces?

Email us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll send replacements at no charge.
